Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

AI assistant chat. If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are processed to generate a reply. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat — it's for questions about our services.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that collects aggregate, anonymized information about page visits (such as which pages are viewed and general device type). It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security and reliability.

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, provide and improve this website, answer questions through the assistant, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site, and the information described above passes through them as part of providing it:

Vercel hosts the website, provides the analytics described above, and routes AI assistant requests through its AI Gateway. Anthropic processes assistant conversations to generate replies (via Claude models). Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our email. Each provider processes this data to provide their service to us, subject to their own privacy policies.

Contact-form submissions arrive as email and are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. This website does not have a database and does not store assistant conversations after your visit.

This site does not use cookies — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cookie banner needed.

If you'd like to know what information we hold from your correspondence, or want it corrected or deleted, email dan@raineywebco.com and we'll take care of it.

This site is intended for business audiences and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
